The cottages at Eldorado are individually owned by Members. Accommodations in the cottages are available only to Members or their Sponsored Guests.
Located East and West of the Clubhouse, each cottage in the rental pool is designed for individual room occupancy, or as a suite of rooms. Each room has a private entrance, bath and dressing room. The spacious living rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, bath and dressing room.
The luxurious accommodations are enhanced by beautiful landscaping. There is only a short walk to the Clubhouse, Snack Bar, Fitness Center, and Golf Course. The guard-gated entry provides privacy for all residents.
Cottage Guests have the use of the facilities of Eldorado. There are two swimming pools, and tennis, golf, and dining privileges are available, subject to the current Guest fees and rules. Pets are not permitted in the rental cottages at any time.
